1. Who we are
Cuely is an iOS and Apple Watch application developed and published by an independent developer based in New South Wales, Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the developer of Cuely.

2. Information we do not collect
Cuely is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- The content of your notes, decks, or cards
- Usage analytics or behavioural data
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Health or fitness data
- Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
You do not create an account to use Cuely. There is no login, no registration, and no profile.
3. Data stored on your device
All data you create in Cuely — your decks, cards, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch using standard iOS storage. This data:
- Never leaves your device except through Apple's iCloud backup (see below)
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is deleted when you delete the app
4. iCloud backup
If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your Cuely data may be included in your iCloud backup as part of Apple's standard device backup process. This is controlled entirely by you through your iOS settings. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

5. In-app purchases
Cuely offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full features. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Cuely does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. We do not use Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase, or any similar services.
7. Children's privacy
Cuely does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. As we collect no data from any users, Cuely is safe for use by people of all ages.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Cuely after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
